Your Life-Walking Companion (Coach)

“I’m here to help people remember who they were before the world taught them to abandon themselves - and to do it in a way that honors their strengths, not their wounds.”

Jamie Siegrist

I experience this work as a calling.

Not something I chose in the traditional sense, but something I noticed—and felt drawn to explore with patience and care. Over time, it became clear that this work asks for attentiveness, honesty, and a willingness to slow down and listen beneath the surface of things.

I don’t see this work as a destination or an outcome to be achieved.

The power lives in the journey itself - in the moments when someone pauses long enough to notice what has been quietly asking for their attention, sometimes for years.

I am drawn to older ways of knowing.

Ways that existed before urgency replaced wisdom, before ambition overshadowed belonging, before people were treated as problems to solve rather than lives to be honored. These ways remind us that clarity comes through presence, that growth unfolds in its own time, and that nothing meaningful can be rushed without cost.

My role is not to fix, direct, or define anyone’s path.

I walk alongside people as a guide - helping them notice patterns, reconnect with their inner knowing, and restore a sense of agency and integrity in how they move through the world. I trust that people already carry what they need. My work is about creating the conditions where that truth can surface safely and honestly.

This work is relational, grounded, and deeply human.

It asks for courage, patience, and humility. It honors the full complexity of being alive.

If you feel a quiet pull toward something truer - something less performative and more grounded - you’re not alone. And if you choose to walk this stretch of the path with me, it would be an honor to do so.

Why Lion’s Breath?

Lion's Breath (Simhasana Pranayama) is a powerful and playful yogic breathing technique often practiced in yoga and meditation for its energetic and emotional benefits.
Here’s its significance:

    • The exaggerated exhale and facial expressions release pent-up tension in the face, jaw, throat, and chest. This can help alleviate physical stress and promote relaxation.

    • It provides an emotional release, especially for feelings of frustration, anger, or stagnation.

    • Lion's Breath encourages self-expression and breaking free from inhibitions. The roar-like exhale is symbolic of letting go of fears, anxieties, or anything that no longer serves you.

    • It helps connect to your inner power and confidence.

  • Energetically, Lion’s Breath is associated with the throat chakra (Vishuddha), which governs communication and self-expression.

By activating the throat area, it fosters clearer, more authentic communication.

    • It stimulates the muscles in your face, neck, and chest, potentially improving circulation and reducing tension-related headaches or jaw pain.

    • The deep breathing improves oxygen flow to the body, aiding in overall vitality and energy.

    • The exaggerated movements and sounds encourage a sense of lightness and play, fostering mindfulness and joy in the moment.

    • It is often used in yoga to engage participants in nonjudgmental self-expression, breaking down barriers of self-consciousness.

    • The primal "roar" can evoke feelings of courage and empowerment, akin to a lion's majestic and fearless nature.

    • It’s a symbolic reminder to embrace your personal strength and speak your truth.

About Me

My approach is shaped by a blend of formal training, lived experience, and ongoing relational practice.

I am a Recovery, Transformation, and Psychedelic Integration Coach, certified through Being True To You (BTTY) in client-centered coaching frameworks that emphasize ethical boundaries, personal agency, and respect for each individual’s pace and readiness for change. This work asks for discernment, humility, and a deep respect for the complexity of human experience - principles that guide every client relationship.

Alongside my coaching training, I bring more than 15 years of professional experience as a business and operations analyst, working inside complex systems where clarity, pattern recognition, and thoughtful decision-making matter. That background sharpened my ability to listen closely, name what’s happening beneath the surface, and help people navigate moments that feel fragmented or overwhelming.

I am also a U.S. Navy veteran, an experience that shaped my understanding of identity, responsibility, endurance, and the cost of moving forward without integration. It informs how I work with people facing transitions - particularly those navigating questions of purpose, belonging, and direction after significant life chapters close.

My work is further grounded through ongoing service and community involvement. I mentor veterans through American Corporate Partners (ACP), supporting individuals as they navigate career transitions, identity shifts, and life after military service. I am also actively involved in Mentor Discover Inspire (MDI), a men’s leadership and development organization centered on integrity, accountability, and community-based growth.

These roles keep me rooted in real relationships and shared responsibility. They ensure that my work remains relational, grounded, and accountable - not theoretical or self-appointed.

  • Open your mouth wide, stick your tongue out toward your chin, and exhale forcefully with a "HA!" sound.

  • Engage your face fully by widening your eyes and stretching your mouth.

  • Repeat 3- 5 times.

  • Lion’s Breath can be a transformative practice to integrate into your routine for physical relaxation, emotional release, and energetic empowerment.
